*key responsibilities*:
- assess project risks and issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer's satisfaction goals and objectives.
- manage customer relationships as it relates to project ownership; support / leads-where-applicable negotiations related to project monitoring & controlling (scope, schedule, cost, recovery, delivery, and the like).
- develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and proactive problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
- ensure effective coordination, integration, and communication with the sponsoring business team.
- generate and implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints.
- provide direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned programs as well as other key stakeholders.

*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- 5 years of project management experience in complex projects
- direct manufacturing operations experience
- advanced english level
