in this strategic position, you’ll lead two key teams:
* account development specialists – focused on generating new business opportunities
* inside sales support specialists – dedicated to strengthening relationships with key customers
you’ll serve as the link between our customers across the u.s., canada, and mexico and omron’s cutting-edge industrial automation solutions.
what are we looking for?
* 5+ years of b2b sales or customer-facing experience
* proven success in leading high-impact teams
* fluency in english and spanish
* a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement
* preferred: knowledge of crm tools (salesforce), power bi, and jd edwards
