your tasks
coordinating and providing operational support concerning hr processes with key relevance (recruiting of positions, performance management, talent review/career planning, succession planning and organizational development).
* cooperate in hr projects and implement the company's personnel instruments and tools.
* create internal advertisements of vacancy in accordance with company regulations in coordination with the specialist departments.
* participate in and organize internal events if necessary.
* implement training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
* advice superiors and employees in all staff matters including remuneration issues, where appropriate in cooperation with the relevant departments & experts.

qualifications
* bachelor's degree: human resources management, business administration, industrial engineering psychology or a related field
