compensation: fixed monthly salary of $10,000 mxn + commissions on sales (expected income starting at $30,000 mxn)
about the role:
we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative commercial and administrative assistant to support both the prospecting of properties and investors as well as the operational and administrative management of the sales process. This role is perfect for someone motivated and results-driven, eager to grow within the luxury and commercial real estate sector.
commercial:
* prospect luxury residential and commercial properties in premium areas.
* contact and follow up with global investors and property owners.
* coordinate client visits, appointments, and presentations.
* assist in preparing commercial materials (presentations, property sheets, briefs).
* maintain crm updated with commercial activity and leads.
* support establishing international partnerships with luxury brokerage organizations.
* organize and manage open houses and corporate events.
* assist with public relations activities, including liaising with influencers in the industry.
* assist in selecting, hiring and training new luxury real estate agents.
* support initiatives such as open houses, investors clubs events, corporate networking events.
administrative:
* crm: coordinate, profile leads, filter and route requests for the commercial team.
* coordinate schedules, appointments, and documentation with notaries, lawyers, and clients.
* follow up on administrative procedures with clients and institutions.
* manage logistics for commercial team travel, per diems, and agendas.
* assist with administrative tasks related to contracts, payments, signatures, and filing.
* coordinate with providers.
* a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the real estate or hospitality industry.
* bachelor’s degree completed (business, administration, international relations, commercial or related fields).
* residency in mexico city (mandatory).
* full-time availability (no other employment commitments).
* fluent in english (written and spoken).
* additional language skills are a plus.
* highly motivated, organized, and solution-oriented.
* excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
* ability to work independently but with a strong team spirit.
* excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and discretion.
* fixed monthly compensation: $10,000 mxn.

* 80% remote work with occasional onsite visits for appointments, signings, or property tours.
