tax and compliance specialist (temporary for 6 months)
what you will do: this position is responsible for overseeing annual external audit and ensuring timely deliverables and collaborate with all functional areas in the company to address tax issues and statutory disclosures.
coordinate and provide information for monthly and annual tax submission within the deadlines established by the tax authority.
coordinate and monitor the compliance the other tax obligations: electronic accounting, sat requirements, etc.
coordinate and provide information within the deadlines with the external auditors for management of the statutory financial statements and tax report (sipred).
collaborate with all functional areas in the company to address tax issues and statutory disclosures; as well as fiscal involvement in policy development
coordinate and monitor the compliance obligations of inegi, rnie, etc.
external audit or tax firm (preference big4)
tax and regulatory topics
coordination of tax or audit activities
review and assess the requirements of tax regulations
preparation of monthly and annual tax calculations
participation in external audits
bachelors degree in accounting / finance
intermediate english
strong knowledge in tax and regulatory topics
strong accounting background and knowledge of external reporting and applicable regulations for statutory compliance (local gaap and us gaap)
