what you'll dosmb & channel salesidentify and develop new relationships across corporate, smb, and education segments.manage full-cycle sales — outreach, demos, pricing, and close — for clients such as deloitte, american express, and inogen.strengthen and grow reseller partnerships with synnex, cdw, insight, and zoom's partner ecosystem.support partner co-marketing and mdf-funded campaigns.land and expand within existing enterprise and smb accounts.direct & dtc expansionengage icontact's 40,000+ direct customers to identify b2b buyers and referral opportunities.collaborate with marketing to build automated outreach and upsell campaigns.ai & automation enablementleverage ai tools (e.g., chatgpt, hubspot ai, linkedin sales navigator) to streamline prospecting, follow-up, and reporting.use automation systems to manage pipelines, trigger campaigns, and track roi.continuously refine sales operations using performance data and automated insights.sales operationsmaintain crm data accuracy and forecasting in hubspot or equivalent.collaborate with marketing to align inbound campaigns with active opportunities.produce weekly sales performance reports and recommend improvements.what you need3–5 years of experience selling through td synnex and direct market resellers (dmrs) like cdw and insight.direct enterprise or smb sales (tech hardware or saas preferred).
proven success in closing deals and building partnerships.strong communication and presentation skills.experience using ai, automation, or crm tools to improve sales performance.comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.salary & perkscompetitive base salary with performance-based commission and growth incentives.this is a full-time, long-term position.
