What you'll do
* utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage strong customer relationships and enhance the buying experience.
* apply customer relationship and sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of at&t products or services that meet customer needs.
* provide customer service and billing support, resolving any account‑related issues.
* add new lines or services to accounts to help customers’ businesses grow.
* uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, expressing empathy, and restating understood needs beyond issue resolution.
* find a personalized solution that fits each customer and make a recommendation (rate plan, data usage reduction, promotion, etc.).
* use available resources to ensure complete resolution.
* sell a range of products, including telephone services, hotspots, network‑connected devices, directv, internet, programs, and various system types for businesses.
* perform sales such as upgrades, package changes, new service additions, and plan changes.
what you’ll bring
* advanced english fluency to engage u.s. customers.
* experience using a personal computer and microsoft office products.
* at least one year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills).
* ability to train and work five days a week (40 hours during operation hours) plus two rest days per week.

compensation and benefits
* monthly base salary: mxn $20,775 (before taxes).
* average monthly bonus of mxn $8,000 when sales and service targets are met.
* monthly grocery vouchers: mxn $1,519 every 14 days.
* monthly restaurant vouchers: mxn $1,216 every 14 days.
