* a.- create improvement projects that are related to transformation cost, and that also impact quality and productivity, through the kaizen methodology, achieving substantial savings through the elimination of any of the 7 wastes
* b.- audit process compliance through cx domain tools and follow up of quality best practices implementation
* c.- lead and coordinate changes in the product and process, in conjunction with the different areas of plant engineering and staff

* a.- work with production supervisors and team leaders in order to find root causes of quality issues and countermeasures implementation
* establish strategies for process continuous improvement.

position requirements
* experience: (time/type)
* 5 years of experience in an automotive company in manufacturing processes
carrer:
* university graduate
technical knowledge (software, courses, etc.):
* preferred:
* - lean manufacturing knowledge - six sigma certification - problem solving knowledge

* industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, or related
language:
