*responsibilities*:
collaborate with us and mexico offices to coordinate purchasing and planning activities
develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts
source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to meet production demands
work closely with production and engineering teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
*requirements*:
bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
experience working with us and mexico offices and international suppliers from us, mexico, india, and china
strong knowledge of erp systems and inventory management principles
excellent communication and negotiation skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
fluent in english and spanish
pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
work location: in person
