Responsibilities1.target management: deconstruct and track category targets (smartphones, tablets, aiot) to ensure periodic goal achievement;2.product lifecycle management: oversee end-to-end product lifecycle (launch/growth/maturity/eol phases), develop launch strategies based on product roadmap, usps and competitor analysis, and take ownership of mi store new product launch results;3.sales management: drive category sales performance through regular progress analysis and reporting;4.market intelligence: conduct market/competitor analysis to define product positioning, develop retail strategies, execute hit product plans, and optimize sales performance throughout product lifecycle.requirements1.bachelor's degree+ with full professional proficiency in english and spanish;2.3+ years category operations experience in consumer electronics with demonstrated passion for sales;3.strong logical thinking and execution capability with data-driven business analysis skills;4.excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive business outcomes.
