Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Manager with strong experience in manufacturing environments to support and strengthen our Quality Management System. This role will be responsible for developing quality policies, ensuring quality assurance throughout production processes, and preparing the organization for internal and external audits. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards within the plant.
* Ensure effective quality assurance throughout manufacturing processes.
* Coordinate and prepare the organization for internal, external, and customer audits.
* Support the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as defects, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
* Lead corrective and preventive action processes (CAPA).
* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure product and process quality.
* Supervise and develop the quality team to achieve departmental objectives.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* +6 years of experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing quality policies and systems.
* Experience in preparing and managing internal, external, or customer audits.
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance in manufacturing processes.
* Advance English level (ability to communicate and review technical documentation).
* Experience with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Previous experience leading or coordinating quality teams.
