job description
the backend engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that are scalable, stable, and performant. Also provide services to the front-end to build more efficient solutions cross-platform for our users. To do so, he/she must have a strong affinity for design, detail, quality, and possess high technical skills.
in a typical week you will:
* write code with low defects, testable and that can be easily monitored and measured in production, while creating high-quality designs.
* implement api mockups to unblock front-end engineers and support the development of world-class user interface.
* adhere to company code writing style guides during implementations and improve guidelines.
* being part of the development process, you will work with the front-end teams, the qa team, the qsa team, and the devops team.
* define, design, integrate, test, implement and support software solutions.
* solve any challenge presented by the software, using the best patterns and best design practices.
* support legacy system code and improve with new technologies.
* ensure the best performance according to the product.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or related.
technical skills
* development with c# (expert)
* experience working with modern frameworks like .net
* apis integration (rest, graphql, etc.)
* principles of software design (solid, kiss, dry, yagni)
* serverless architecture (development)
* experience with cloud services (aws) (development)
* experience with event-driven architecture (development)
* application implementation and monitoring (development)
* agile methodologies (scrum, kanban) (development)
* test automation (unitary, integration, acceptance, etc.) (development)
* infrastructure as code (development)
* development with python or nodejs (development)
* experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd) (baseline)
