About this role

this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a sales executive. You will be responsible for driving acquisition and activation of new travel agencies through digital campaigns, phone/video calls, and webinars.

">

key responsibilities include:

">
">
* drive acquisition and activation of new travel agencies through digital campaigns, phone/video calls, and webinars.
">
* manage and convert a high volume of e-registration leads using salesforce.
">
* conduct weekly client interactions to train and onboard new users on our platform.
">
* support clients in becoming proficient with our systems and processes.
">
* maintain accurate records of sales activities in salesforce (calls, tasks, opportunities).
">
* collaborate with the customer automation & experience team to enhance digital campaigns and improve lead-to-booking conversion.
">
* monitor and analyze weekly and monthly performance trends to meet commercial targets.
">

your profile

">

we are looking for someone with proven experience in sales, business development, or client activation—ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.

">

you should be comfortable using crm tools (preferably salesforce) and digital communication platforms. A self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach to problem-solving is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
