* degree in business administration, psychology, or related field.
* +5 years of managerial experience.
* experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
* english: 70% (business conversational level).
* experience in labor relations, hiring, training, and payroll.
* team management.
* knowledge of environmental management systems, safety, and hygiene.
* familiarity with iatf, ctpat, iso 14000.
