about the role

the sales operations analyst is responsible for driving business excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the americas region. Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, forecasting demand, analyzing and reporting data, managing the sales funnel, and continuously improving operations. The role also involves administering salesforce to support the executive leadership team in making informed business decisions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in salesforce administration are essential for success.


responsibilities

1. proactively manage, analyze, coordinate, and communicate monthly and forecast sales data.
2. manage salesforce reports, dashboards, and new account approvals.
3. analyze pipeline and facilitate faster sales funnel movement.
4. manage crm systems and conduct weekly funnel reviews with regional team members.
5. ensure linkage between functions supporting sales forecast accuracy.
6. analyze sales forecast performance and improve productivity metrics.
7. manage salesforce processes across regions.
8. enhance sales conversion rates and prepare sales reports.
9. track growth strategies and consolidate booking forecasts.
10. collect metrics on customer satisfaction, including nps.
11. support revenue activities and forecast tracking.
12. organize monthly regional sales meetings with senior leadership.
13. perform other duties as assigned.


qualifications & competencies

* degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
* 5-8 years experience in sales operations or related roles.
* advanced proficiency in salesforce, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
* experience in strategic planning and process improvement.
* strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* ability to interpret sales metrics and translate into actionable insights.
* familiarity with sales forecasting methods and pipeline management.
* attention to detail and adaptability to changing environments.
