It ensures smooth operations, fosters efficiency, and plays a pivotal role in cultivating a cohesive, value-driven workplace culture.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant to Sales VP and DirectorsCalendar & Schedule Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage calendars, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, transfers, and last-minute changes.Communication & Correspondence: Draft, edit, and manage professional communication, acting as a point of contact for inquiries.Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings; arrange in-person meetings and transfers.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Office Administration (Sales Team Focus)BCD Travel Administration and travel emergencies support.Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications between the sales team and clients.Event Planning and Budget Management for Sales TeamQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Plan and execute four QBRs annually, managing all logistics and budgets.Sales Events (˜1 per week): Organize CX Day, CX Workshop, etc.Define and implement standard processes for these events, including room reservations, merchandising, gift preparation, participant identification, and coffee breaks.Executive Visits: Create and implement a standard process for executive visits (agenda, transportation, reservations, HR, IT, and facilities support).
