the customer support engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interaction between the engine owner and our organization, facilitating efficient shop visit processes.
 * participate in daily gate review meetings to discuss ongoing projects and progress.
 * conduct thorough analysis of technical shop findings reports from subcontracted repair vendors to identify areas for improvement.
 * prepare comprehensive engine condition reports, weekly status reports, and parts reports as required, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
 * collaborate with other functions related to shop visit follow-up, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
 * bachelor's degree in ingeniero aeronáutico / industrial / lae or related field, emphasizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
 * previous experience in customer services and support, demonstrating a strong ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized solutions.
 * fluent proficiency in english, enabling effective communication with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
