- you are responsible for the technical support and management for key accounts with the focus on customer relationship, building partnership to support the further development of the commercial activities by problem solving and advice.
- you inform and accompany customers and distributors on our high standing additives concepts, for the dutch and german markets as primary focus.
- together with your colleagues of the sales team, you are responsible to implement our nutritional and industrial solutions at customers by offering support on farm management and nutrition.
therefore the team works closely with different departments in the entire royal agrifirm organisation.
- you support our business in being a trusted advisor at any time on ruminants management and nutrition.
- you will also have an active role in transmitting knowledge and nutritional know-how between customers and our internal organization.
*who are we looking for?

*we are looking for an experienced technical support profile (5-10 years) who knows all about ruminants nutrition.
*if you obtained* *a degree as master zootechnical engineer, industrial engineer or animal nutrition, that would be a perfect fit!
- you have a - *technical knowledge* and you are a *strong networker*:
- you obtained a degree as master veterinary, animal nutrition or a master biomedical engineer
- you have *5 years relevant work experience* in the feed industry, preferably in ruminants.
- you are fluent in *dutch* & *english*.
you preferably also have knowledge of *german* language.
- you are attracted to the feed & additives sector with focus on ruminants
- you have experience with working in an international context and matrix organization
- you are customer-oriented, driven and hands-on: you take initiative and like to get to work.
- willing to travel on a regular basis
