diligently manage your individual sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective contract negotiations.
- collaboration & coordination: work closely with business development representatives (bdrs) to refine outreach strategies and qualify leads.
collaborate with sales leadership to meet individual and team revenue targets.
- industry & regional expertise: leverage understanding of hospitality technology (e.g., pms, channel managers) and us/latam markets to navigate cultural nuances and tailor value propositions to diverse decision-makers.
- product mastery: master dharma's product offerings to conduct compelling, high-impact demonstrations for prospective clients.
- sales operations: utilize crm tools (hubspot) to maintain accurate data, track activities, and report on progress.
- cross-cultural communication: build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently presenting solutions and communicating fluently in both english and spanish.qualifications- experience: proven experience in b2b saas sales (experience in hospitality tech sales is highly preferred).
- availability: ability to travel to the usa and other countries in the americas when needed.
- industry knowledge: strong understanding of hospitality technology, including pms, channel managers, and booking engines is a plus.
- regional experience: experience selling into us and mexico markets is strongly preferred.
- skills: strong negotiation, closing, and organizational skills.
- tech-savvy: proficiency in crm tools (hubspot preferred) and virtual presentation software.
- communication: exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
