we are seeking a seasoned service and quality manager to lead our midwest operations. This role involves overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of service operations, ensuring exceptional customer relations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
* develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, speed, and communication.
* deploy lean processes to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
* lead the development of business plans, focusing on revenue growth, expense control, and facility planning.
* monitor warranty activity, ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, and achieve clean audit results.
* provide guidance on operational execution, including personnel requirements, facility appearance, and equipment needs.
* resolve escalated vendor and customer service issues, ensuring maximum recovery and minimizing repeat occurrences.
* represent the division on internal or external committees focused on service-related issues or opportunities.
* support sales efforts by providing high-level decision-making on labor segment quotations.
* proven experience in service management, preferably in a regional or national capacity.
* expertise in lean processes, strategic planning, and team leadership.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
* effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse stakeholders.
* bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
