Job Description
Manage product specific ramp-up or change projects with APQP & PLC tools ( team setup, interfacing to business / customer organization, project planning and control, timing preparation etc.) for new products, new materials, new equipment or new / relocated production processes according to standards
Translate business / project / product specific requirements into tangible impacts on plant ( invest, capacity, capability) and assess plant readiness
Support in CES preparation for new product or Eng, change
Create and update of product specific production specifications ( Layout, PCR, Process Control Sheet) according to standards.
Create and update of product specific production flow chart, and work instructions (pre-series, series) according to standards provided by (central) R&D; and application engineering (AES, APS)
Prepare samples related with new product / process
Make Equipment registration (Financial format)
Support in customer tooling registration (Tags)
