responsibilities
* conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
* develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
* build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
* identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
* collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
* identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology providers.
* foster and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
* develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
* meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.
* stay informed about regulatory requirements in the forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.
* work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor compliance processes.
qualifications
* existing portfolio of latam clients, ib and affiliates is a must.
* proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the forex industry.
* strong understanding of financial markets, forex trading, and related technologies.
* bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
* exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
* demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing teams.
