As a Product Analyst on the HPT (High Performance Team) role, owns vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to a product / platform (or scope of the product addressed by the squad) and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories; accountable for value delivery and value realization at the squad level for the site. SQUAD (JJT Site Leader, Technical Product Owner, Technical Services Site Delivery Leader, Product Analyst and Business Product Owners from other functions such as Automation and Engineering) team for the site.You Will Be Responsible ForEffectively understands and documents the business requirements and conveys them in a precise and understandable way to the technical team.Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”Plan resourcing for the squad (i.E. new role, change in role), create ASOE requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.Work closely with Product/Platform Manager to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, comms and customer outreach as necessary.Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasksWork with Lead Engineer to balance tech debt with feature deliveryOwn and manage documentation and information.In partnership with the Technical Product Analyst, they ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacyCollaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelinesActively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes theflow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.Troubleshoots and facilitates troubleshooting with existing platforms; proactively prevents problems from happening again.Participate in technical design, contributing points of view and ideas that help translate business needs into specific solutionsDrives collaboration and alignment inside and outside the IT Operating Model with related internal and external Partners.Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.Performs other duties assigned as needed.Include all the activities mentioned above, and Supports all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments, including External Manufacturing for the Plant.Writes and review technical documentation for the Software product being implemented.Creates reports and do some basic level analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics.Ensures continuous improvement across the product lifecycleEngagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.Understands the selection of solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing.Accountable for shaping and achieving squad OKRs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Bilingual English/ Spanish is required (verbal, and written)Experience within a GxP and environment is required.Experience in Software documentation and software testing.Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC)Depending on the level, it will be required working in projects utilizing Agile / JIRA methodology.Depending on the level, it will be required Knowledge in Manufacturing Supply Chain processes (E2E)Depending on the level, it will be required experience on project delivery of Supply Chain projects related to Discrete ManufacturingDepending on the level, it will be required experience managing virtual, multi-location teams.Depending on the level, it will be required Business Acumen & Communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements. Experience in effectively collaborating and managing stakeholders is required.Depending on the level, it will be required Project Management experience in the deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems) across multiple sites is required.Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units is required.Depending on the level, it will be required leadership experience in building teams with the above capabilities is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
