responsibilities
1. prepare advanced material lists for fire suppression systems, both designed and pre-designed, for clients.
2. create and maintain specific design and installation plans and instructions for each application.
3. consult with engineers, architects, and other technical and professional personnel.
4. respond to technical questions from distributors, salespeople, and other clients.
5. achieve client acceptance by explaining operational improvements of the system.
6. assist in the installation of extinguishing systems for distributors.
7. represent the technical service department on project teams as needed.
8. assist quality control and risk management teams with warranty claims.
9. supervise, influence, and advise on applicable industry codes and standards.
10. review literature to ensure technical correctness before field release.
11. maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, consulting publications, networking, and participating in professional associations.
qualifications
1. completed professional career; engineering preferred.
2. at least 3 years of experience performing the activities mentioned above.
3. experience with autocad (mandatory).
4. experience with calculation software for systems based on co2, clean agents, inert agents.
5. intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
