sitting at the intersection of creative craft and generative technology, you won't just follow a playbook—you’ll build it. Your mission is to partner with our global creative leaders to transform abstract ideas into tangible, immersive experiences that inspire action.
your trailblazer journey
* transform "imagine if" into "watch this": you will rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches.
* bridge the gap: act as a bridge between creative ideation and technical execution, translating visions for both creative teams and business stakeholders.
* pioneer the tools: experiment with and implement cutting-edge ai-driven tools—including google gemini (veo, whisk), luma labs (luma agents, uni1), weavy (now figma weave), seedream, runway gen-3 alpha, etc—to accelerate how we realize concepts.
* own the experience: from digital campaigns to massive brand experiences like dreamforce, you will ensure our visual identity is consistent, cinematic, and inspiring.
what you bring to the ohana
* the foundation: a ba or bfa in design, art, architecture, or industrial design (or equivalent experience), and 5+ years of high-level creative experience in-house or at an agency or production company.
* the ai practice: proficiency in the latest genai tools and a proven track record of elevating work through emerging tech and spatial intelligence.
* the toolkit: deep expertise in adobe creative suite, figma, google slides, and keynote, with a strong background in design systems.
* spatial & visual mastery: technical experience in volumetric capture, gaussian splatting, nerfs, and unreal engine/unity to bridge the gap between ai generation and physical environmental builds.
* the vibe: an efficient, organized self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can solve creative problems under tight timelines.
