the sales representative supports the execution of commercial and account activities by working closely with the key account manager (kam) and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of pic products and services.
this role builds a strong understanding of the business, customers, and internal processes while applying technical and functional knowledge to support sales execution, order management, forecasting, and reporting.the incumbent contributes to problem‐solving and decision‐making using established procedures and professional judgment, operates under moderate guidance, and provides support to new team members as needed.
