Overview as shift team leader of electromechanical maintenance, you will coordinate electromechanical work in new installations and in the preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and plant facilities, to ensure optimal performance and quality objectives, while minimizing intervention times and associated costs. Your contribution coordinate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance work and the personnel carrying it out. Analyze and propose improvements to the facilities under your responsibility. Maintain the safety standards set by the company. Ensure that the management indicators established in the areas under your responsibility are met. Your skills & qualifications vocational training level ii in mechanics or electromechanics. English (a plus). 3–4 years in a similar role. Knowledge of plc programming, preferably siemens s7 and tia portal. Knowledge of scada systems, hmi, profibus, ethernet. Knowledge of low-voltage electrical installation and maintenance. Experience with maintenance management systems (cmms or gmao). Knowledge of sap - pm module. Experience in industrial robotics.
