*key responsibilities*:
manage the development and implementation of debt collection strategies to improve collections performance.
Direct the development, execution, and performance tracking of collections strategies.
Develop templates for communication and other tools to optimize the collections process.
Monitor and control dialer operations to ensure the efficiency of borrower contact strategies.
Analyze data, identify trends in debtor behavior, and implement improvements to enhance recovery rates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards in debt collection processes.
Proven experience in collections or debt recovery strategy management — minimum 2 years.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to optimize processes.
Analytical thinking for effective decision-making.
Experience in developing and implementing collections strategies.
Knowledge of pbx systems and dialer software for managing customer contact processes.
Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
*preferred qualifications*:
- knowledge of programming languages (e.g., sql, python).
- experience working in financial institutions, banks, or microfinance organizations.
- certification in risk management, credit analysis, or finance.
- experience in implementing and operating gsm gateways and proficiency in their use.t will become an important element in your career.
