We're seeking a seasoned jr.
talent acquisition manager to own and elevate our talent acquisition strategy across manufacturing operations.
this is a high-impact role for someone who has scaled recruiting functions in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments and knows how to attract top technical and operational talent in a competitive market.you will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical functions, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with plant leadership and regional stakeholders to align workforce planning with business goals.

- design and execute sourcing strategies that reach both active and passive talent — leveraging direct outreach, digital channels, industry networks, and creative sourcing methods.
- partner with site and regional leadership to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring demand, and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
- own and elevate employer brand initiatives — positioning the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing sector through storytelling, candidate experience, and market presence.
- manage and mentor a recruiting team (internal or distributed), setting clear goals, optimizing workflows, and driving performance against kpis.
- oversee recruitment for multi-site or regional scope, ensuring consistency in process, compliance, and quality of hire across locations.
- drive data-informed decision making — track and analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and funnel conversion to continuously improve outcomes.
- enhance onboarding and early retention programs, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly and are set up for long-term success.
- ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring lifecycle.what we're looking for- experience: 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with significant time spent in manufacturing or industrial environments; prior experience in multi-site or regional roles is highly valued.
- scope: proven track record managing recruitment across multiple locations, plants, or geographies; comfortable balancing high-volume operational hiring with strategic executive searches.
- employer branding: hands-on experience shaping or leading employer brand strategy, candidate experience design, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- sourcing & recruitment: expert-level skills in direct sourcing, advanced boolean search, linkedin recruiter, and building passive talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
- stakeholder management: strong ability to influence and partner with plant managers, functional leaders, and regional hr teams; you know how to align ta strategy with business priorities.
- leadership: experience guiding, mentoring, or coordinating recruiting teams — even in a matrixed or dotted-line capacity.
- english proficiency: b2 (upper-intermediate) or c1 (advanced) — you must be comfortable conducting interviews, presenting to leadership, and collaborating with international stakeholders in english.
- tools: advanced proficiency with ats platforms (e.g., sap successfactors) and recruitment analytics tools.
- mindset: strategic yet hands-on, resilient, and passionate about building teams that drive operational excellence.nice to have- experience recruiting for lean manufacturing, industry 4.0, automation, or advanced manufacturing roles.
