Coordinate all facilities operation and conservation activities to maintain facility operation and pursue a satisfactory employee workplace experience.
*main responsibilities*:
- guarantee the functionality of the facility by managing maintenance resources, cleaning services, landscaping, etc.
- overseeing, maintenance and conservation projects
- attention to internal and external audits
- application of facility policies and guidelines.

- provide administrative support as needed
- management and coordination of corporate services for facilities managed by cemex central.

- english on a basic level
