about the role - position objective: to guarantee customer’s deliveries on time and satisfaction by being in constant communication with the different departments in order to ensure all the requirements are being followed, as well as protect the company against any unplanned changes using the negotiation as a main tool.
responsibilities
* customer reconciliation follow up, customer payment issue tracing.
* medium-term and long-term customer demand planning management (1-12 months), short-term customer demand management (1-5 weeks), customer demand variation analysis and identification.
* customer demands review, including internal customer and external customer, such as: debugging demands, test demands, validation demands, release customer demand.
* edi customer demand review
* customer demand uploading by manual way by daily basis if no edi connection establishment with customer.
* dn and billing creation in sap or one-bpm, for bpm invoice application, need to follow up the unplanned stock out for the materials.
* evaluate customer delivery risk, and customer delivery alert release to customer side in any issue.
* daily customer delivery is traced, handled, and continuously improved.
* customer-side logistics, package, delivery, invoice, asn, payment issues report, follow up, problem solving and close.
* customer claims and charge back management.
* customer ecn management for fg parts, and master data procedure submission and follow-up for customer fg changing.
* customer logistics agreement sign up.
* edi connection issue follows up with customer,asn creation for customer.
* other tasks assigned by material manager.
qualifications:
* bachelor’s diploma in mechanical engineering, transport, logistics or related field
* 2 or more years of relevant work experience
* advanced english / spanish communication skills
* customer specific requirements related to material department
* customer portal management
