In this role, your responsibilities will be:
* define and ensure execution of the master production plan
* manage key performance indicators (kpis): oee, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency
* ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
* drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies
* optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
* coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain
* lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
* promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.
* strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
* support and responsibility for the quality management system within the operation.
* experience working under iso 9001:2015 standards.
* ability to effectively coordinate personnel and develop high-performing teams, with strong delegation and resource management skills.

* strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.
for this role, you will need:
* education : bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or related field
* 5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes, and the startup and transfer of assembly lines and/or cnc equipment.
