The ideal candidate will have a background in a related major, a strong interest in sales, and a basic understanding of the communication industry. As a channel sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through local dealers.
responsibilities:
1. maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
2. negotiate and finalize dealer agreements, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
3. conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. assist channel partners with quotations and proposals.
5. collaborate with marketing to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and events.
6. drive demand generation initiatives, including product training, workshops, and seminars for channel partners and end-users.
7. stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
qualifications:
1. bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
2. strong understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices.
3. exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to analyze market data.
4. proficient in microsoft office suite.
5. fluency in english, and fluency in spanish or portuguese; chinese is a plus.
6. ability to travel frequently within the latin america region.
