Bilingual business development manager - english & chinese
jd logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven business development manager to join our mexico city sales team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our logistics solutions in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to build and manage high-touch relationships with key clients.

please note: bilingual candidate with experience in 3pl, contract logistics and/or ecommerce business highly preferred.
key responsibilities
* develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
* able to leverage personal or industry resources to actively develop and maintain relationships with local clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth
* identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
* manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
* collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
* monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in sales ecommerce/3pl/contract logistics industries.
* strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
