meta reality labs is looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of partner enablement manager for mexico retail. Reporting to the head of partner enablement north america, this experienced executive will be responsible for and manage marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with mexican retail partners like amazon mexico, liverpool, mercado libre or palacio de hierro.
you should possess analytical skills and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including sales, marketing, and sales operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with meta 3p retail partners in the mexican market to drive the meta wearables and vr hardware vision.

this role will be located in our mexico city office.
responsibilities
* developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal partner enablement, channel services, retail creative and marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
* leading, applying and executing meta rl partner enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
* providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and opex budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
* coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
* taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
* influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings
* managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
* providing point-of-contact for meta rl marketing in relation to accounts managed
* completing and examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions
* providing active input during partner enablement goal creation process
* influencing retail partner enablement team and accounts they support
* building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterparts
* participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees
qualifications
* 7+ years experience in a retail leadership partner enablement role. Candidates should have a demonstrable record of achievement and success with a top tier consumer technology brand
* 7+ years experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large partner enablement budgets
* 7+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. Cpc (cost per conversion), cpa (cost per acquisition), ltv (lifetime value) and roas (return on advertising spend) as examples
* demonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand
* experience with working with visual merchandising and field services programs
* demonstrated experience and clear understanding of how retailers like amazon mexico, liverpool, mercado libre or palacio de hierro measure and manage their businesses. Gross margin return on investment (gmroi), inventory turns, etc
* demonstrable, presentation skills required—both in person and through developing written content
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or similar mba
* global retail experience (outside of the us)
* people management experience
* experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
* experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialize e.g. Uber, stripe, apple, etc
