*what you'll own*
this is a full-scope commercial leadership role. You won't be handed a polished playbook, you'll write it.
- revenue & growth
drive aggressive new client acquisition in international b2b markets. You'll define regional expansion strategies for electronics and mro, identify high-value enterprise targets, and personally close deals that open new revenue streams.
- account strategy
lead key account planning with a sharp focus on retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Protect what we've built while constantly expanding it.
- team building
recruit, coach, and scale high-performance sales teams across multiple regions. Build a culture where accountability, ambition, and data replace guesswork.
- commercial infrastructure
implement scalable sales processes, rigorous crm discipline, and kpi frameworks that give leadership clear visibility and your team a clear path to win.
- vendor negotiations
own the commercial negotiation of supplier and vendor agreements — optimizing margins, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
*what we're looking for*
- 7+ years of progressive b2b sales leadership in industrial, electronics, or mro sectors
- a documented hunter track record, new logo acquisition, territory development, significant revenue growth
- experience building and scaling teams across regions (not just managing them)
- proficiency with crm and bi tools you make decisions with data, not instinct alone
- bilingual fluency in english (c1) and spanish mandatory; you'll operate in both languages daily
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field mba a plus, results a must
