Your key responsibilities:
- act as a member of a global team supporting pharmaceutical industry contracting processes especially related to compliance and contracts for hcp engagements such as non disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, research collaboration agreements, contracts with health care professionals or healthcare organizations.
- run internal approval processes associated with contracting services.
- initiate, develop and support specific projects in legal services development and optimization.
- ensure the completion of contracts in a timely manner using own or client templates in accordance with a pre-defined checklist / process or on an ad hoc basis. Supervise timelines for the execution of documentation and ensure timely follow up.
- attend internal and external trainings and stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the life sciences sector and industry standard methodologies.
- update training decks / playbooks to incorporate new findings and global standards or policies.
- manage client and stakeholders escalations, enquiries and issues in real time and provide solutions. Deliver services in line with service and operational excellence requirements including but not limited to:

*minimum requirements*
- 5+ years’ experience on legal or professional services background.
- experience in life sciences services preferred.
- familiarity with process set-up, quality metrics, using operational tools and operational issues / management.
- strong business focus and customer centric approach.
- strong, proactive and proven track record to provide legal acumen/ judgement to improve decision making.
- excellent precision and attention to detail.
- excellent communication, influencing and client leadership skills.
