In this role you will administer and monitor policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties with the assistance of plant management. This position is part of our team located at our plant in silao, guanajuato, mexico.what you will do for ugnhuman resourcesrecruit, interview, and select team members to fill vacant positions in the plant facility.plan and conduct new team member orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.ensure records of team member transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, are properly maintained.ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
