* responsibility for sales in contitech rubber segment (air springs, belts, hoses) with the objective of increasing market share and ensuring profitable business growth, offering sales support to dealers; working with assigned territory or / and key customers.
* interpretation of company financial kpis (ebit, % contribution margin, period expenses).
* gathering regular customer feedback on forecasts and adjusting inputs to operations and scm accordingly.
* monthly follow-up on results (sales statistics - product segment x customer).
* implementing corrective actions or improvements for customers facing challenges (sales volume, quality, financial results, point of sale organization, etc.) through consistent business visits.
* conducting technical product analysis.
* supporting end customers (technical support, training, sales agreements).
* monitoring resale orders to meet set goals.
* analyzing each customer to improve purchase share and volume of products.
* performing competitor benchmarking to assess price competitiveness, product quality, and brand positioning.
* tracking process volumes and reviewing monthly results.
* proposing sales agreements per period (quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
* monitoring customers during visits and collecting market information.
* following up on requests for documents related to credit limit adjustments.
* planning each customer's credit limit to support continental’s growth objectives in each region.
your profile
* previous experience in automotive sector sales.
* experience in business planning and forecasting.
* excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* self-management skills and a track record of success.
* knowledge of spare parts and the automotive industry, mainly in the heavy-duty segment.
* proficiency with computer systems (sap, office).
* ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
