about position
the business analyst bridges technology and the business. They take a proactive approach to improving the organization's effectiveness through advocating technology in processes and planning. The business analyst takes a lead role as an active driver of business results.
specific duties:
 * design and implement sap authorization and security concepts.
 * operate and govern the enterprise-wide role and authorization framework.
 * lead and coordinate the authorization & security workstream within project phoenix.
 * work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure role designs.
 * perform risk assessments, audits, and compliance controls.
 * mentor and coach project team members; provide enablement to business role owners and key users.
 * support integration projects between sap and non-sap applications.
 * conduct regular workshops, alignment meetings, and reporting to management and project leadership.
qualifications:
 * 7 years of experience sap security authorization and at least 3 years with s4/hana.
 * in-deph expertise in designing, implementing, and governing sap authorizations concepts across multiple modules and platforms (ecc, s4/hana, ibp, btp, fiori).
 * familiar with iam systems, sap grc access control and audit/compliance frameworks.
 * ability to translate complex business requirements into secure and compliant role designs.
 * fluent in english written and spoken
 * problem solving skills
 * excellent communications skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
 * understanding on modern security paradigms: zero trust, cloud security, hybrid integration.
 * sap system security / authorization certificated (preferred)
