We’re looking for a Creative Media Strategist (VA) who can edit viral-style short-form videos, manage social content, and create ad creatives that perform. If you understand the science behind viral content — hooks, pacing, CTAs, and trend alignment — this role is for you.
Position Overview As our Creative Media Strategist, you’ll handle both content creation and execution for Good Boi Marketing and our clients. You’ll take raw footage, edit it into scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts), and manage posting and performance tracking.
This is not a “just edit videos” job. You’ll be responsible for creating content that gets views, builds engagement, and converts.
Key Responsibilities Video Editing 
Repurpose long-form clips into short-form content 
Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing 
Maintain platform-specific formatting and pacing (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts) 
Social Media Management 
Manage and post on GBM’s Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts 
Write captions and CTAs aligned with GBM’s brand voice 
Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement) 
Understand what makes a video perform as an ad 
Collaborate with the team to test new ad concepts 
Learn from ad data to improve future creatives 
Proven experience editing short-form video content (Reels/Tik Toks/Shorts) 
Excellent written and spoken English 
Familiarity with Facebook Ads and Instagram/Tik Tok content culture 
Performance KPIs 
On-time delivery of edited videos 
Adaptability to feedback and trend shifts 
Full-time: $800–$1,200/month (based on experience and skill)
