*sales manager (hunter) - machinery*
smartfoam machinery (sfm) is a leading manufacturer of material converting machinery, specializing in the automation of packaging material converting. We are looking for a highly motivated sales manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
*responsibilities*:
- develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- identify market opportunities and generate new business relationships with potential customers.
- maintain and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service and support.
- work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
- conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- represent smartfoam machinery at trade shows and industry events.
- provide periodic sales reports and market analysis to the management team.
- drive the expansion of our die-cutting press machines' market beyond the foam converting industry, encompassing diverse sectors such as the automobile industry and more.
*requirements*:
- proven experience in sales and preferred in material converting machinery (die cutting, bonding, lamination, rotary die cut, or others).
- preferred knowledge of materials used in the packaging industry, such as pe, epe, eva, xlpe, pu, epp, honeycomb, têxtiles, leather, corrugated plastics, cardboard, molded pulp, and others.
- fluency in english, both spoken and written. Mastering other languages is an added advantage.
- demonstrated skills in attracting new customers and closing sales.
- strong communication and presentation skills.
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

- $2600 base salary per month plus sales commissions
