this role is primarily a visual designer position requiring expertise in both graphic design and video production.
you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence, supports our marketing initiatives, and helps communicate our value proposition to both b2b (attorneys/law firms) and b2c (plaintiffs/individuals) audiences.responsibilitiesdevelop and execute creative concepts for graphic design across digital, print, and experiential media.maintain and evolve visual brand standards, ensuring consistency and clarity in all visual communications.produce graphics for websites, social media, emails, presentations, and events.conceptualize, storyboard, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including explainer videos, testimonials, advertisements, and promotional contentmanage the entire video production process from ideation to post-production, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as neededensure brand alignment across all visual and video materials.provide strategic recommendations for visual improvements and innovations to strengthen brand positioningcollaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and external vendorsmanage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesconduct reviews of all visual assets to maintain high quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.education and specific training:· 8+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video production· advanced proficiency with adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, premiere pro, after effects) and video editing tools.· strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video production.· strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition· excellent visual storytelling skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.· experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.· familiarity with motion graphics and animation.· working knowledge of ux/ui principles and design.· experience creating content for both professional and consumer audiences· practices ownership, takes accountability, and can manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time.note: the role will be expected to work us time zone (eastern) as standard but may be required to change time zones occasionally as projects dictate.
