Paid media manager

The paid media manager is responsible for developing and maintaining our paid media offering, and leading strategy, campaign creation, activation, performance reporting and optimization for client accounts in paid search, display, social, programmatic and related online advertising.

leading the execution of digital marketing projects and building our global offering:

* own the strategy, execution, and optimization of global digital campaigns including sem, paid social, and display advertising
* craft comprehensive, strategic, and tactical paid media marketing plans for google, bing, and paid social (youtube, facebook, linkedin, etc.) platforms to inform and create measurably effective marketing strategies
* reviewing project deliverables and ensuring quality standards and on-time completion
* researching industry trends and tools, and updating and developing internal processes to reflect best practices
* completing client and competitor analysis of sem, seo and social campaigns and assisting with development of client digital strategy
* ensure appropriate tracking is set up to report attribution and analyze campaign performance
* optimizing paid search campaigns and managing client bids and budgets
* creating and presenting performance reports to clients
* coordinate with content and production teams to develop ads that are consistent with client branding and messaging
* assisting with the development of case studies and presentations that illustrate the value of our business group
required skills
* familiarity with best practices and the latest developments in paid search, seo, social media, mobile and display advertising
* experience managing paid campaigns in google ads, yahoo, bing, facebook and other digital advertising channels
* proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven optimizations
* ability to tell a story with data, articulate what's working and what's not, and set a vision for how we will improve our digital marketing approach
* eagerness to work in a dynamic, growing office that collaborates daily with colleagues and clients in multiple locations around the world
* excellent oral and written communication skills
* detail-oriented, deadline-driven, organized; comfortable with variable workloads and adapting to new business challenges; customer-service-focused; eager to learn
* demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and knowledge of how to improve these processes in order to achieve/exceed service level standards.
* ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high- energy, demanding, entrepreneurial environment, balancing internal and external demands
* effective problem-solver and decision maker with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing markets and client demands.
* comfort with assigning and explaining complex project tasks to offsite team members and clients
* experience managing team members or managing project workflow among internal teams or departments
required experience and qualifications
* 3+ years of digital marketing experience, working for a client's internal digital marketing team or in an agency setting
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline
* a passion for problem solving and providing exceptional client service
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* proven experience developing complex and integrated campaign strategies across paid media channels.
* working knowledge of data & analytics principles and applications.
* google adwords and google analytics certification is helpful.
