main responsibilities
* support preparation of earnings materials, presentations, q&a documents, and investor communications
* assist in investor and analyst engagement, including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and briefing materials
* maintain and analyze financial and operational data, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence
* help monitor share price performance, investor holdings, and sell‑side research
* support execution of investor events (earnings calls, roadshows, conferences)
* ensure accuracy and consistency across all external ir disclosures and materials
position challenges/competencies
* ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment where outputs are reviewed by senior executives (evp/ceo level)
* navigating time‑sensitive deliverables around earnings cycles, market events, and ad‑hoc investor inquiries with zero margin for error
* balancing multiple workstreams simultaneously (e.g., q&a prep, peer analysis, event logistics) while maintaining quality and accuracy
* capacity to synthesize large volumes of financial and operational information
* exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling material non‑public information
position requirements
* bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field (mba or cfa is a plus)
* 3–6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets
* strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamics
* proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and bloomberg/factset (or equivalent platforms)
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
* high attention to detail with the ability to deliver executive‑ready materials under tight deadlines
* experience with sec/bmv filings and disclosure regulations is a plus
* ownership mentality is critical as this position will cover a maternity and the selected candidate will need to run independently from day one
