This role is responsible for the aggregation of data from multiple sources into an efficient data warehouse and designing reporting solutions for very large multi-dimensional databases.*key responsibilities:* support the migration of legacy ssis packages to azure data factory or microsoft fabric data factory pipelines.* architect and implement scalable, cloud-native etl/elt solutions using azure data factory and/or microsoft fabric.* design and optimize data flows within microsoft fabric data factory, leveraging lakehouse architecture and real-time analytics.* develop and maintain power bi dashboards and reports with complex dax calculations and data modeling.* collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.* ensure data quality, governance, and performance across hybrid environments.* document integration and reporting processes and mentor internal team members.*qualifications & experience:* 5+ years of experience with sql server integration services (ssis).* proven success in migrating ssis workloads to azure data factory using azure-ssis ir or native adf pipelines.* 3+ years of hands-on experience with microsoft fabric, including: fabric data factory pipeline development / lakehouse architecture and onelake integration / real-time data ingestion and orchestration.* 3+ years of experience as a power bi developer, including: advanced dax programming for calculated columns, measures, and time intelligence / data modeling and performance optimization/ integration with microsoft fabric and azure data sources*technical skills:* strong understanding of data warehouse design principles and dimensional modeling.* knowledgeable with tools in the modern microsoft bi stack (microsoft fabric data factory, fabric warehouse, power bi, etc.).* experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., azure, fabric) is a plus.* familiar with *azure synapse, databricks, or other big data technologies*.* exposure to *ci/cd for data pipelines* and devops practices.*soft skills:* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* strong communication and collaboration abilities.* ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.* strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.*preferred qualifications:* microsoft certified: fabric data engineer associate* microsoft certified: power bi data analyst associate* experience with synapse, power bi service and enterprise bi deployment strategies.*joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
