About the role
we are looking for a high-impact business development manager to drive revenue growth by expanding our client portfolio and deepening relationships with existing accounts. This is a results-oriented, quota-carrying role for a commercially sharp professional who knows how to sell at the executive level and owns their number.
what you will do
* identify, prospect, and close new business with corporate clients across target industries, with a clear focus on revenue generation and margin contribution.
* own the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
* develop and manage a pipeline that consistently delivers against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring measurable client satisfaction.
* present solutions to c-level and vp-level stakeholders, connecting our value proposition to their workforce and business challenges.
* collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client commitments are met and exceeded.
* track and report on key commercial metrics: revenue, gross margin, fill rates, client retention, and pipeline velocity.
what we are looking for
* 5+ years of experience in b2b sales, business development, or account management — preferably within staffing, consulting, or professional services.
* demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (quota attainment, arr growth, or gross margin improvement).
* experience selling to and building relationships with c-suite, vps, and directors.
* strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative approach.
* comfortable owning a number — you think in terms of pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
* proficiency with crm tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
