This is a unique opportunity to manage a large-scale operation in egypt, comprising 20 food and beverage outlets, including an all-day buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurants, lounges, pool bars, and ad-hoc restaurant concepts.
*the role*:
- oversee daily operations for diverse f&b outlets
- lead and manage a large culinary team to deliver exceptional service
- ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations across multiple restaurants and bars
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost control
*requirements*:
- extensive cruise ship experience, ideally managing large teams and operations
- strong leadership skills, with experience managing complex f&b outlets
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- single or married status (no children)
*salary*: us$100,000 - us$120,000 net per year
