a high-energy, entrepreneurial sales manager is required to drive regional growth and manage key multinational clients across the americas region.

key responsibilities:
1. drive regional growth: identify and engage new business opportunities that align with our manufacturing capabilities.
2. account ownership: develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with our internal business goals. Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
3. sales project leadership: represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
4. quotations & proposals: analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals.
5. candidate retention & expansion: deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive value delivery and strategic account development.
6. market & data insight: monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
7. crm management: track pipeline and activities using crm tools.
8. reporting: maintain close communication with the european sales leader and coordinate operationally with the mexico-based production site.

requirements:
* experience: minimum 5 years in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
* education: bachelor's or master's degree.
* skills: strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced excel; crm familiarity.
* languages: fluent in english; spanish is a plus.
* travel: willing to travel regularly within north america and occasionally to europe.
