We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Sales & Marketing Assistant
to provide operational and executional support to our sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in marketing or sales who is eager to grow in areas like sales enablement, marketing operations, CRM management, and team communications.
This is a remote, contractor role with opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize sales and marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, templates)
- Help prepare and distribute team communications, including sales updates and meeting summaries
- Provide CRM support, including data entry, contact management, and basic reporting
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, webinars, and client calls
- Support campaign logistics: email sends, follow-up tracking, response routing
- Monitor shared inboxes or platforms and ensure timely follow-up across teams
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, file organization, and internal process coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting marketing or sales functions in a business environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and grow in tools like CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive), email marketing platforms, and other martech systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms
- Exposure to campaign coordination, internal communications, or sales enablement tools
- Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership over assigned tasks

Compensation & Benefits
